  • Prospective tenants are carefully screened with thorough credit, reference, unlawful detainer and criminal checks to ensure qualified, desirable applicants, at no cost to you.
  • Rents are collected in a timely manner. Any unpaid amounts receive immediate attention.
  • Maintenance work is controlled and supervised. Our list of experienced subcontractors allows us to select the right person for the job to get the work done quickly and efficiently. We also offer after hours emergency service should the situation require immediate attention.
  • Payment of all maintenance and utility bills, mortgage loans, taxes and insurance can be arranged so that all transactions affecting your property are handled through one source.
  • All income and expenses on your property will be itemized in a monthly statement and our end-of-year statements will simplify the job of tax preparation.
  • Visual inspections of your property's exterior will be conducted monthly and evening inspections every 60 days. This ensures that your property is being well maintained and everything is in working order.
  • Interior inspections will be scheduled at least once each year along with an annual fire safety equipment check.

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
